Your Spanish taxes, in your language, no surprises.
Accounting and AEAT tax forms for autónomos and small SLs, explained box (casilla) by box. In español, English or по-русски.
For anyone invoicing in Spain who wasn't born here
Digital nomad with a visa
You arrived with the promise of a flat 24% and found out it doesn't apply to freelancers. Quarterly filings in January, April, July and October, all in Spanish. We explain it clearly and on time.
EU freelancer
You invoice European clients: modelo 349, VIES, reverse charge (inversión del sujeto pasivo). kontora handles it correctly from day one and explains the reasoning behind every box (casilla).
On the coast, self-employed
You pay a gestor who doesn't explain anything, and the fear of a fine never quite goes away. Here you see every figure, where it comes from and its deadline. No surprises in your mailbox.
Говорите по-русски?
Бухгалтерия и налоги Испании с интерфейсом и поддержкой на русском. Впервые. The same tool, in your language.
A lifelong local autónomo or SL? kontora is for you too: same rigor, same price, no language barrier.
How it works
Tell us your situation
Autónomo or SL, what you do, since when. Onboarding adapts to your profile and only asks for what's needed, explaining what each piece of information is for.
Invoice and record
Invoices valid in Spain, Verifactu-ready. Expenses and bank transactions (norma 43) reconciled. Underneath it all, real double-entry bookkeeping: here, the books can't go out of balance.
Every quarter, no surprises
A draft of your modelos, box (casilla) by box, every figure with its reasoning, how much to set aside each month, and a reminder before every deadline. We also watch the BOE daily for you.
Spain is changing the invoicing rules
Verifactu is the AEAT's new verifiable invoicing system. If you have an SL, your invoicing software must comply from 1 January 2027; if you're an autónomo, from 1 July 2027. Using non-compliant software carries a fixed fine of €50,000 per tax year. kontora was built Verifactu-ready from day one.
Straight with you from day one
This is what exists today, and this is what doesn't yet. We'd rather you know before you give us your email.
