Rules that apply to everything

  • Multi-company discount: your SL and your autónomo registration in one account, one single charge, and 20% off the second company (and beyond).
  • Free until your first quarterly deadline (60 days max) at launch: kontora proves itself on your first quarter, not in a 14-day trial.
  • Beta early adopters: your price stays frozen for 24 months from launch.
  • Pause plan (€5/month): if you stop your activity, your data stays read-only with reminders active, instead of being deleted.
  • «Human gestor» add-on: filing and professional judgment by a partner gestor. Priced once the partner agreements are signed: we don't print figures we haven't agreed yet.

Pricing questions

Does the beta cost anything?
No. The beta (30-50 spots, autumn 2026) is free from start to finish, no card required. When it ends, you decide whether to stay, with your price frozen for 24 months.
Do prices include IVA (VAT)?
They're shown without IVA, as is standard for business software; in mainland Spain 21% is added. At checkout you'll always see the full total with IVA before paying.
Is there a lock-in? What if I leave?
Zero lock-in. You cancel in two clicks, export everything (invoices, books, entries) in one click, and it costs nothing. Leaving will never be a paid feature.
Monthly or annual?
Both exist: monthly is billed month to month, and annual is billed once a year with 2 months free (12 months for the price of 10). Neither has a lock-in, and the full export is always free.
I have an SL and I'm also an autónomo. Do I pay two full plans?
Each company (NIF) carries its own plan, because its books and tax forms are its own, but in a single account, with one monthly charge and 20% off the second company and beyond.
Can these prices change?
They're the planned launch prices. If they changed, beta early adopters keep theirs for 24 months, and any change comes with advance notice. What won't change: no lock-in and free full export.
What does no plan include?
Payroll and labour paperwork (we import your labour advisor's summary for the 111/190, and recommend a partner); direct online filing (we guide you step by step, or a partner gestor files); and the Basque Country, Navarre, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which we don't cover yet.
