kontora is the trading name under which VG Capital, S.L.U. provides this service.

What this site is, and what it is not

kontora.es is the product's informational site: it presents kontora, publishes its pricing and tax guides, and lets you join the waitlist. It is not where you sign up: the software is contracted at app.kontora.es, under its Terms and Conditions, which are the contract between you and us. This site does not provide tax or accounting advice either.

Terms of use

Access to this site is free and open, and using it makes you a user, which means accepting this legal notice. When using it you agree to:

• do so in accordance with the law, in good faith and with this notice;
• not enter false data, or third-party data without their permission, into the forms;
• not attempt to access restricted areas, tamper with the service or introduce harmful code;
• not extract the content systematically or automatically in order to reuse it.

General information, not advice

The tax information on this site (guides, calculators, calendar dates) is for general information. It is built from official sources, BOE, AEAT, Social Security, and every page carries its update date, but it does not constitute tax, accounting or legal advice, and cannot replace it. Rules change and your situation may differ: before making a decision with tax consequences, check with a professional.

Calculators

The calculators provide rough estimates based on the rules in force on the date shown on each of them. They do not produce documents valid before the tax authorities. The official reference for autónomo contributions is Social Security's Import@ss simulator; for taxes, the AEAT electronic office.

Intellectual and industrial property

The text, guides, design, source code and other elements of this site belong to VG Capital, S.L.U. or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. Quoting and linking to these pages citing the source is allowed; reproducing them in whole or in part, transforming them or exploiting them commercially without written permission is not. The sign «kontora» is used by VG Capital, S.L.U. as a trading name.

Links to other sites

This site links to official sources (BOE, AEAT, Social Security) and to other third-party sites so you can check what we say. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices: when you visit them, their own terms apply. If you find a broken or inappropriate link, write to info@kontora.es.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available and its content accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee there will be no interruptions, errors or omissions. To the extent permitted by law, VG Capital, S.L.U. is not liable for damage arising from the use of this informational site or from decisions taken solely on the basis of its general-information content. None of the above limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor the rights that consumer law grants users, nor the obligations we take on in the Terms and Conditions of the contracted product.

Governing law and dispute resolution

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that are competent under the law, with no express submission: if you are a consumer, that means you can bring a claim before the courts of your own domicile (art. 90.2 of the Spanish consumer protection act, TRLGDCU).

Before going to court you can write to info@kontora.es: we handle any written complaint. If you are a consumer, you may also turn to the consumer arbitration board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) for your area. Note: the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 following the repeal of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, so referring to it is no longer appropriate.
